Happy New Year!!

I just woke up from a two hour nap. *huge grin* I was so tired. We didn't get home until 3 AM so I think I am entitled to a little extra sleep. Don't you agree?

Rich and I spent New Years Eve at Ann and Scot's with a couple of their friends and we brought Tracy and Shawn along. It was a wonderful time. We snacked. A LOT. We drank some wine and beer and played a lot of games. Apparently we can't let Rich and Scot be on a team together. They kicked all of our butts. Damn sports trivia questions anyway. I waited patiently for a NASCAR/Chad Knaus question or even an Indianapolis Colts question. But to no avail... *sigh*

So, I'm vegging today and perhaps tomorrow too. Then it's off to Salina with Tracy for the weekend for our former boss' retirement party. It will be nice to see all of the people we used to work with.

That's it. Perhaps another nap is in my future. *peers into her crystal ball* Yes. I think indeed it is in my near, near future....
