just a quick note to say I am here...but barely! In case anyone who reads this hasn't heard, I was in an awful car accident on Jan. 4th.

I was traveling east on the interstate from Salina to KC with my friend when a pickup traveling west lost control and came spinning across the median where we hit each other. My SUV is totalled, my friend has a fractured skull and she had 14 stitches but is home and doing better now. I have a broken right wrist, a broken right arm, a cracked left knee and lots of bruises and cuts all over my body. I'm home now after spending 5 days in the hospital.

But we're alive.I put some pictures up here and I think you'll agree we are quite lucky.
